The Oregon Outdoor Law Project has officially opened its doors in Maupin. Our new pro-bono legal project aims to provide support and guidance for those navigating the complexities of outdoor access and recreation in Oregon. The opening of this project in Maupin is more than just a new office; it represents a commitment to protecting outdoor rights and fostering a stronger connection between people and the land.

What the Oregon Outdoor Law Project Offers:

The Oregon Outdoor Law Project focuses on helping individuals and groups understand their rights and responsibilities when it comes to outdoor recreation and land access. This includes:

  • Providing educational resources about Oregon’s laws and regulations for cyclists and pedestrians.

  • Supporting conservation efforts that balance recreation with environmental protection.

  • Offering legal advice to outdoor organizations on waivers.

The Oregon Outdoor Law Project is thrilled to join the Maupin business community and excited to work on outdoor advocacy and education projects across the state.
